Biography
Mary Chase Boston (née Nason) was born in South Berwick, Maine in the Chase-Jellison Homestead. Mary graduated from Berwick Academy. In 1911 she died from having her teeth pulled and getting pneumonia.[1] Her husband Oliver had died earlier in February of 1911 from a logging accident. After the death of both her and her husband Oliver Alphonso Boston, her mother Emily Content Nason became the caretaker for Mary's three children. She is buried in the family cemetery on Emery's Bridge Road South Berwick, Maine. Gladys Hasty Carroll mentions her in her book Dunnybrook.
